The Arab Open University was conceived as a non-profit academic and developmental institution following a blended learning model. It was established by Royal Decree No. 7/B/17813 at the initiative of the late HRH Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and has opened branches and regional centres in six cities across the Kingdom.
